The mission of the School of Science and Engineering is to provide students with quality preparation for employment or graduate and professional schools in science and engineering disciplines. We work to equip students with the necessary academic, professional, computer, and mathematical skills needed for the success in their chosen profession. In addition to coursework, we provide opportunities for students to engage in research, internships, job shadowing, and other experiences to build skills and professional networks prior to graduation.
The Environmental Engineering program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, under the commission’s General Criteria and Program Criteria for 2021-22.
The Environmental Health Science program is accredited by the National Environmental Health Science and Protection Accreditation Council (EHAC).
