Office of Institutional Research and Assessment (OIRA)

The Office of Institutional Research and Assessment is an administrative service unit, aligned under the Division of Academic Affairs.  The purpose of the OIRA is to provide the resources needed for evidence-based planning and operations.  The office is responsible for collecting, analyzing and disseminating data for internal decision-making; reporting data to external agencies on behalf of the College; coordinating campus assessment processes; and ensuring College-wide accreditation compliance.

The activities of the OIRA ensure institutional effectiveness in support of the College’s mission to provide “transformative learning experiences characterized by high quality academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular programming, intentionally designed to develop superior cultural and professional competencies for a diverse student body.”
