The Benedict College National Alumni Association is now accepting nominations for the 2024-2026 BCNAA Election of Officers via the Benedict College Website. The process will be open until February 28, 2024.

Please submit your nominee now to be considered for the 2024-2026 election! We can be a much stronger association with your continued involvement.

Benedict College National Alumni Association Election Guidelines

Membership dues must be paid by May 1, 2024 to be eligible to receive a ballot.  Official ballots are mailed to financial members of the National Alumni Association on June 1, 2024.

  1. A current dues-paying member of the Benedict College National Alumni Association.
  2. A consistent financial contributor to the Benedict College Annual Giving Campaign.
  3. A regular attendee at the Association’s Spring and Annual Meetings.
  4. A nominee may be nominated for no more than one office per election term.
  5. A nominee cannot be in violation of the BCNAA Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct as defined in the Procedural Manual.

Note: For clarification, nominees must have met each requirement in 3 of the last 5 years.

  1. He/She must be a current dues-paying member of the Benedict College National Alumni Association.
  2. He/She must secure the consent of the person being nominated before submitting the Election Nomination Form.

Members should nominate persons only from the region from which they reside for the office of Regional Vice President. Nominees for Regional Vice President must be received by the Committee prior to the Spring Planning Meeting. If there is no Regional Vice President nominee from the region elected, one may be appointed by the National President.
