COLUMBIA, SC ( WACH) — Calling all incoming 9th, 10th and 11th grade students.
Benedict College is helping to host the Summer Transportation Institute.
It’s a summer program aimed toward careers in STEM and transportation.
Through the program, students will take part in field trips to places like Boeing, BMW, and the Charleston International Airport to name a few.
This free summer program, is funded by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
It begins Monday, June 3rd – Thursday, June 27, 2024.
There will be workshops, guest speakers and SAT/ACT prep.
