Tigers Set to Battle Albany State for the 2025 SIAC Crown
COLUMBIA, S.C., November 14, 2025, The Benedict College Tigers are back on the biggest stage in Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) football. After an outstanding 9-1 regular season and a dominant 7-1 conference record, the Tigers have secured their spot in the 2025 SIAC Championship Game under the leadership of Coach Ron Dickerson.
The Tigers will travel to Albany, Georgia, to face the top-seeded Albany State Golden Rams on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 12 p.m. CT / 1 p.m. ET. The showdown will take place at Albany State University Coliseum (504 College Drive, Albany, GA 31705).
This marks Benedict’s third championship appearance in four years, underscoring the program’s continued excellence and leadership. The Tiger won in 2022 and 2023 under the leadership of Chennis Berry. Fans can tune in to ESPN+ to watch the Tigers chase another title in what promises to be a thrilling matchup between SIAC’s two top programs.

Football Championship Food Drive
Fans attending the SIAC Championship can make a difference both on and off the field. Donate three canned goods or nonperishable items on gameday at the Albany State University Coliseum and receive $5 off any general admission ticket.
All donations will benefit the Albany Rescue Mission.
